Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy

At RTRIBE, we want you to feel confident in how your gear fits, moves, and supports you. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry - we’ve got you!

Please note: Returns or exchanges are available on all non-sale items only.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY?

  • We offer a one-time size exchange on any item for a small fee of ₹150 that covers shipping. Please ensure you refer to the size chart carefully before making your purchase.
  • Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size (subject to availability).
  • Returns or exchanges are available on all non-sale items only.
  • If you're still not satisfied after the exchange, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Want a completely different product? Request a return and use your store credit to place a new order! 

 

PREFER TO RETURN YOUR ORDER INSTEAD?

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your product. Once your item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, after deducting return shipping and handling fees, as follows-

  • ₹150 for prepaid orders
  • ₹250 for COD orders

Note: For COD orders, we offer store credit only, not a refund.

Please note that shipping charges and COD fees, if any, are non-refundable in case of returns.

Missing Product or Order Issues: Make sure to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify and resolve your concern quickly. Claims made without an unboxing video may not be accepted. 

 

REVERSE PICKUPS

  • Serviceable Areas: Reverse pickup will be arranged at your location if courier service is available.
  • Non-Serviceable Areas: If your area is non-serviceable, kindly self-ship the product back to our warehouse. Please email us at support@rtribe.in for further details. 
  • Pickup Attempts: A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made within 24–48 hours of your return/exchange request. Please ensure availability to avoid delays.

 

WHAT CONDITION SHOULD THE ITEMS BE IN FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

To be eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Must be returned in original packaging with tags intact
  • Free from stains, scent (perfume/deodorant), or damage

Note: Garments that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted.

 

HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

  • Fill out the return/exchange form: Submit Return
  • Pack the item in its original packaging (Returns sent in alternate packaging will not be accepted).
  • Our courier partner will schedule a pickup.
  • Once received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed within 9–12 business days.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

  • Exchanges: Typically completed within 12–15 days.
  • Returns: Usually processed within 9–12 business days.

You’ll receive email/SMS updates throughout, from pickup to warehouse delivery, and resolution.

Need to update your address for an exchange? Email support@rtribe.in and wait for confirmation before proceeding.

 

WHAT IF MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE PICKUP HASN’T HAPPENED YET?

If your pickup is pending 4 days after raising the request, email us at support@rtribe.in with your order ID, and we’ll look into it right away.

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

If the item you ordered is unavailable, we’ll notify you via email and offer a suitable replacement or a refund. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Cancelled orders will be refunded via store credit only. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email support@rtribe.in with your order ID.
