Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy
At RTRIBE, we want you to feel confident in how your gear fits you. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry, we’ve got you!
Please note: Returns are available only on full-price items. Clearance items can only be exchanged for a different size and cannot be returned for a refund.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we offer store credit only, not refunds.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- We offer a one-time size exchange on any item for a small fee of ₹150, which covers shipping.
- The ₹150 exchange fee is charged when you raise the exchange request.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size (subject to availability).

Want a different product instead?
You can request a return and use your store credit to place a new order. - Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will ship the size you requested.
- Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.
- Size Exchange Timeline: Please note that the exchange process includes the time taken for the original item to reach our warehouse, undergo a quality inspection, and for the replacement item to be shipped. The entire process typically takes up to 14 working days (approximately 2 weeks).
RETURN POLICY
- You can return any item within 7 days of receiving your order.
- A ₹150 return shipping fee applies, which is charged when you raise the return request.

- Return Pickup & Delivery Timeline: Return pickups are usually completed within 1–2 working days of approval. Once picked up, it may take 5–7 working days for the item to reach our warehouse. After a successful quality inspection, we will initiate your refund or store credit.
- Refund Timeline: The refund will be initiated through our payment partner, GoKwik. After the refund has been initiated, it may take 5–8 working days for the amount to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Missing Product or Order Issues: Make sure to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify and resolve your concern quickly. Claims made without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
REVERSE PICKUPS

Serviceable Areas: Reverse pickup will be arranged at your location if courier service is available.
- Non-Serviceable Areas: If your area is non-serviceable, kindly self-ship the product back to our warehouse. Please email us at support@rtribe.in for further details.

Pickup Attempts: A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made within 24–48 hours of your return/exchange request. Please ensure availability to avoid delays.
WHAT CONDITION SHOULD THE ITEMS BE IN FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
To be eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Must be returned in original packaging with tags intact
- Free from stains, scent (perfume/deodorant), or damage
Please note: Garments that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted.
HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
- Fill out the return/exchange form: Submit Return
- Pack the item in its original packaging (Returns sent in alternate packaging will not be accepted).
- Our courier partner will schedule a pickup.
- Once received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
- Exchanges: Typically completed within 12–14 working days
- Returns: Usually processed within 5–7 working days

Refunds: Typically takes 5–8 working days from the date of initiation to reflect in the customer bank accounts

WHAT IF MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE PICKUP HASN’T HAPPENED YET?
If your pickup is pending 4 days after raising the request, Whatsapp us using the link on our website or email us at support@rtribe.in with your order ID, and we’ll look into it right away.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
If the item you ordered is unavailable, we’ll notify you via email and offer a suitable replacement or a refund.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Cancelled orders will be refunded via store credit only. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or changed. To request a cancellation, email support@rtribe.in with your order ID.
