Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy
At RTRIBE, we want you to feel confident in how your gear fits, moves, and supports you. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry - we’ve got you!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY?
We offer a one-time free exchange on any item across our store. Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size (subject to availability).Returns or exchanges are available on all non-sale items only.If you're still not satisfied after the exchange, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Want a completely different product? Request a return and use your store credit to place a new order.
PREFER TO RETURN YOUR ORDER INSTEAD?
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your product. Once your item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, after deducting return shipping and handling fees, as follows-
• ₹150 for prepaid orders
• ₹250 for COD orders
Note: For COD orders, we offer store credit only, not a refund.
WHAT CONDITION SHOULD THE ITEMS BE IN FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
To be eligible for returns or exchanges:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Must be returned in original packaging with tags intact
• Free from stains, scent (perfume/deodorant), or damage
Note: Garments that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted.
HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
1. Fill out the return/exchange form: Submit Return
2. Pack the item in its original packaging (Returns sent in alternate packaging will not be accepted).
3. Our courier partner will schedule a pickup.
4. Once received and inspected, your exchange or refund will be processed within 9–12 business days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
• Exchanges: Typically completed within 12–15 days.
• Returns: Usually processed within 9–12 business days.
You’ll receive email/SMS updates throughout, from pickup to warehouse delivery, and resolution.
Need to update your address for an exchange? Email support@rtribe.in and wait for confirmation before proceeding.
WHAT IF MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE PICKUP HASN’T HAPPENED YET?
If your pickup is pending 4 days after raising the request, email us at support@rtribe.in with your order ID, and we’ll look into it right away.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
If the item you ordered is unavailable, we’ll notify you via email and offer a suitable replacement or a refund.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Cancelled orders will be refunded via store credit only. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email support@rtribe.in with your order ID.
